Our Mission & Values

Our mission is simple: Get people onto the water who otherwise wouldn't — and make sure cost, mobility, or referral red tape never gets in the way.

We deliver subsidised wellbeing sessions on the water for residents of Ipswich and East Suffolk. Referrals come from GPs, charities, support workers, and individuals.

Sailing on the water in Suffolk

Our core values

Accessible fishing and water activities
01 — Accessibility

Subsidised or fully funded — never priced out

We subsidise or fully fund every session so cost is never the reason someone can't come. Neverland is wheelchair-accessible, the boarding ramp is fixed, and we work with carers and families to plan around mobility, sensory, or communication needs.

Quality water-based experiences aboard Neverland
02 — Quality

One skipper, one boat, one careful plan per session

Sessions run aboard Neverland, a fully insured powered vessel with a qualified skipper, lifejackets for every participant, and a marine VHF radio on board. Each session is planned around what the participant needs — we will rearrange weather days at no cost.

Community engagement on the water
03 — Community engagement

We work through the people who already know yours

Most of our referrals come from local charities, community organisations, and support workers who already know the people we want to reach — Combat2Coffee, Memory Lane, Hope Trust Felixstowe, Level 2 Young People’s Charity, Ashcott House, Turning Point. Individuals can also self-refer.
