Who we serve

Our sessions reach people across East Suffolk facing a wide range of circumstances. Most referrals come via local charities and support organisations; we also receive referrals from GPs and social prescribers across the Suffolk and North East Essex ICB area. We track referrals, attendance, and partner feedback — and ask about the harder things (confidence, connection, whether someone comes back) on follow-up calls.

How we measure impact

Every referral is matched to the right activity through a triage process developed with healthcare professionals and social prescribers. After each session we capture feedback from participants and referrers so we can improve our work and report meaningfully to funders. Our Vitamin Sea project write-up sets out the year’s outcomes in full.

Annual reports

Our 2025 impact summary is published as the Vitamin Sea project write-up. Statutory accounts are filed publicly each year with Companies House. If you require additional figures for a grant application or funding proposal, please get in touch.
