Submit a referral
Complete the short form below. You can refer a participant, a group, or yourself — no diagnosis or paperwork required.
We get in touch
Within a few working days we'll call or email to discuss the right activity, dates, and any access or support needs.
Out on the water
Sessions depart from Suffolk Yacht Harbour aboard Neverland, with a qualified skipper and trained, DBS-checked volunteers.
Follow-up
We check in after each session to capture feedback and discuss future trips. We subsidise or fully fund activities so that cost is never a barrier to participation.
Who is this referral for?
