Who we are
Mind Body and Sea is a Community Interest Company (CIC) serving Ipswich and East Suffolk.
Time on the water helps. We have seen it with stroke survivors, veterans, carers, and people coming out of addiction — 172 sessions delivered across 2025 alone.
We make sessions accessible by subsidising or fully funding the seats, and by working through the local charities and community organisations who already know the people we want to reach.

Meet Neverland
Our work happens aboard Neverland, a stable powered vessel based at Suffolk Yacht Harbour, Levington. She is operated by a qualified, professional skipper and carries the safety equipment, lifejackets and accessibility features needed to welcome participants of all abilities.
Whether the day calls for a calm river cruise, a fishing trip into the Walton Backwaters, or wildlife observation at Bramble Creek, Neverland is the constant that makes our community work possible.
